Bottom line is that if your Chrome version is >= 72.0.3626.121 (and it probably is because auto-update is usually on by default) you're fine. To check: open chrome and browse to "chrome://settings/help".
If you're still on Windows 7, please upgrade because mainstream end-of-life was in 2015. You do still have extended support until 2020 but you know MS is not putting significant resources to bug fixes, patches and the like. we
